This project works up super easy and fast! All you need is some scissors and fabric and lace.
Instructions:
Start by making your fabric strips. Take a scrap piece of fabric and slice it about half inch for each strip. Pull the fabric at each slice and rip all the way up the fabric.
After your fabric strips have been made, cut them twice as long as you want your tassel to be. Lay them on top of each other. I used about 6 strips per tassel. Take a shorter strip, yarn, or twine to make the hanger and lay it in the middle of your fabric strips going the opposite direction. Fold the fabric strips in half over the hanger. Tie the hanger. Then take another piece the same as the hanger and tie it around the fabric strips about a half in down from the top of the hanger piece.
