Supplies:
- Rain Boot (visit a thrift store or use an old one that doesn’t fit anymore)
- Ribbon
- Artificial Flowers
- Styrofoam, Tissue Paper, Packing Paper (Something for a filler)
Instructions:
I took a pair of rain boots that my daughter outgrew and filled them with some Styrofoam that came in some furniture I had recently purchased. This helps to keep the boot open and holds the flowers into place. You can also use any other type of filler that you have. I often use packing paper or tissue paper. After you fill your boot with what ever you have chosen as the filler, you will want to add the flowers and greenery. In the picture above I used extra greenery, stems from flowers, toilet paper flowers, and coffee filter flowers. I finished it off with a ribbon. The end result is super cute.
